A little bit about me

I've spent more than 15 years in product and engineering, working everywhere from large-scale enterprise to scrappy B2B and B2C SaaS startups and along the way I got really, really good at two things - making the tech behind a business actually work, and building and leading the product and engineering teams that make great SaaS products.

I've taken a large enterprise from 20+ tools down to just 2 (saving them more than $6M a year), unlocked 40,000+ hours of productivity in a single year, lifted speed to market by 65%+, grown customer retention by 25% and cut cloud costs by 65% - and in 2021 I was named one of the Global Top 100 Emerging Engineering Leaders.
